  • What if the weather is bad for my party?

    • We honour all party bookings with the availability to postpone to another date at no extra cost. Our laser tag guns can't be operated in torrential rain, but we do have alternative activities to keep the attendees entertained.

  • What clothing should I/my child wear?

    • We are an outdoor venue, therefore all clothing should be appropriate o the weather. We operate on grassland so appropriate footwear is necessary.

  • Attendees have dietary requirements. What options are provided?

    • We only supply pork hotdogs at parties and events, however, if you wish to supply your own food in line with the requirements of the attendees, you are more than welcome to!

  • Are there facilites for parents/carers to stay?

    • Yes, we operate from a large military tent and supply free tea and coffee on a help-yourself basis.

  • What if I want to bring birthday cakes and/or extra snacks for my party?

    • We have tables for you to set up on, however they are functional rather than fashionable, so we recommend bringing a disposable tablecloth or two! Please note that parties may be booked with an interval of 30 mins so we kindly ask that you pay consideration to other customers and vacate the site in time for the next party to start.

  • What parking facilities are there?

    • We have plenty of parking space available, however it is down a long track next to horses, so a strict 5mph speed limit down this track is imperative. We take no responsibility for vehicle damage or valuables left in vehicles.

  • Are the laser tag guns heavy?

    • Yes, therefore we do not recommend parties for under 7s. The laser tag guns themselves weigh approximately 3 to 4 kilograms. If the weight of the laser tag guns is potentially a problem, we would recommend booking a Basic party as we can provide plenty of alternative activities.

  • Do the lasers from the laser tag guns damage your eyes?

    • Not at all, they work with lensed infrafred LEDs, similar to the technology in your remote control for your television!

  • Do we need to wear head sensors/chest sensors?

    • No, our laser tag guns are capable enough to do everything entirely on their own.

  • How far do the laser tag guns shoot?

    • Depending on how bright and sunny it is on the day, the laser tag guns can reach anywhere from 30 to 70 metres.

  • Are there toilet facilities on site?

    • Yes, we have regularly serviced portaloos.

  • Is the site safe for children?

    • Yes, we make every effort to make the site as safe as possible. There is no general public access to the site and parties are booked privately. Furthermore, the whole site is fenced and all activites are risk assessed to minimise risk and danger, however it is outdoors and strenuous activity. At least one member of staff on site at all times is First-Aider at Work certified.

  • Should I bring a water bottle?

    • We recommend you bring a water bottle, however we also supply free bottled water and our staff will ensure there are necessary drinks/toilet breaks throughout the day.

  • What if we expereience something we aren't happy with on the day?

    • Please speak to a member of staff immediately and they will do their absolute best to rectify any issues you may have.

  • What if I/my child feels unwell during the games?

    • Please speak to a member of staff immediately and they will take immediate action in caring for your wellbeing.

  • What if my laser tag gun breaks during a game?

    • Make a member of staff aware immediately and they will supply you with a new one to continue taking part. We have a zero tolerance policy on the misuse of our equipment.

  • Is there any other information I will need to know?

    • All sessions begin with a full safety brief (lasts approximately 15 minutes) that will cover everything that is appropriate that day.
